FAQ

Questions we actually get asked.

Direct answers about the free automated audit, the $299 Tune-Up, project scope, pricing, timelines, ownership, and what we do — and don’t — guarantee.

Getting started

It reviews the public-facing website and business signals the tool can access — selected technical, mobile, content, Google-profile, and review factors. You get an automated score and written summary right after you submit the form. It does not inspect your private CRM, advertising accounts, lead records, or internal follow-up process. A human review is optional and separate.

No. Run it when you’re not sure what’s underperforming. Go straight to the $299 Tune-Up when the Google listing is clearly the issue, or discuss a larger project when the website, advertising, CRM, or visibility problem is already known.

The automated audit’s result arrives shortly after you submit the form, no call required. For the Tune-Up or a larger project, your expected start date is included once the scope, price, and any required access are approved — we don’t apply one universal timeline across every kind of work.

Solenzo is built primarily for local and regional service businesses that depend on customers finding them online and taking a clear next step — calling, requesting a quote, booking, or submitting a form. That includes home services, trades, and professional services. Enterprise organizations and pure e-commerce companies are generally not a fit.

Services and scope

You can start with one. The right starting point is the clearest bottleneck, not a predetermined sequence. If the only real gap is your Google listing, the $299 Tune-Up covers that on its own. Website, advertising, CRM, and deeper visibility work are scoped separately, and additional services are recommended only when another handoff is materially affecting the work.

We can work alongside what you have or replace it entirely, depending on what makes sense for your situation. We won’t tell you to drop a vendor just to bill you more. If your current setup is working, we’ll say so. If it isn’t, we’ll show you why and what we’d do differently.

No technical expertise is required. You provide the business information, account access, and approvals included in the scope. We handle the agreed implementation and explain what changed in plain language. Some platform verifications or actions may still require you or an existing provider to approve them.

Results and expectations

Delivery time depends on the scope. The automated audit’s result arrives shortly after submission. Tune-Up and project timelines are stated in the written scope before work begins — we don’t apply one universal schedule across websites, campaigns, automation, and visibility work.

Functional implementation can be tested as soon as it goes live — a workflow firing, a page loading fast, an ad tracking correctly. Business performance takes longer and depends on traffic, lead volume, market conditions, budget, competition, and the underlying offer. We agree on the measurement window before work begins rather than promising one result timeline for every service.

We do not guarantee rankings, reviews, advertising results, AI citations, lead volume, appointments, or revenue. We do commit to completing the approved scope, testing the agreed implementation, and showing you what was built and how it’s measured.

If a scoped deliverable we built does not function as documented, we diagnose and correct that implementation issue at no additional cost during the first 60 days.

It does not cover new requests, third-party platform changes, ranking positions, advertising performance, or outcomes outside our control.

Customer-owned accounts, approved deliverables, configurations, documentation, and transferable assets stay with you. We do not withhold access to your website, Google Business Profile, advertising accounts, CRM, or project files. Third-party subscriptions, licensed tools, and platform-specific assets remain subject to that provider’s own terms and fees.
