AI search is already
choosing who gets found.
Make sure it’s you.

ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews now shape where buyers go. Most sites aren’t built for it. No AI citations, no entity clarity, no presence in the answers that drive decisions. We close all of it.

You are losing money to competitors who are worse at what they do.

Think about the last lead you lost. They didn't choose the other guy because they were better. They chose them because they showed up first, responded faster, and looked more credible online. That is a systems failure.

You are invisible when it matters. A local customer needs exactly what you do right now, but your competitor ranks higher on Google Maps and AI search tools. You lose the job before you even know it exists.
You are too slow to the draw. A hot lead fills out a form or calls, you get back to them three hours later, and they have already booked the other guy. Speed to lead is the new competitive advantage.
You are trapped in the referral cycle. Referrals are great until they stop. Without a predictable system, you are always one slow month away from panic.

Four disciplines. One integrated team.

Every engagement starts with the audit. Then we close the gaps across web, SEO, automation, and paid, all under one roof, compounding instead of competing.

01

Web Development

Sites built to convert, rank, and be read by AI. Page structure and CTA hierarchy built around the buyer journey, not around what looks nice in a mockup.

Learn more +
  • Conversion-first architecture
  • SEO-native from day one
  • AI-readable markup, and robots.txt rules set deliberately for OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot and CCBot
  • Performance & Core Web Vitals
  • Schema markup baked in at build
  • Lead capture & CRM integration

Why it matters: Semantic HTML, canonical tags, proper schema, sitemap, and robots.txt baked in during build, not bolted on after the fact. Modern AI crawlers need clean, structured HTML to extract and trust your content. This is what makes rankings stick.

02

SEO & AI Visibility

From Google rankings to AI answers. The audit is where every engagement starts. Nobody can guarantee a citation, so we remove the reasons you get skipped — unclear entity, unparseable pages, thin answers — and report mentions for the buyer questions we agree on.

Learn more +
  • Entity clarity & topical authority
  • Full schema markup suite
  • GEO & AI citation readiness
  • Local search domination
  • Google Maps & NAP consistency
  • Monthly visibility reporting

What to Expect: ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews pick their sources. We optimize your content structure, CSQAF signals, and entity salience so you get cited rather than ignored in AI-generated answers. Visibility compounds over time.

03

AI & Workflow Automation

Replace manual processes with intelligent, connected systems. We wire your CRM to handle the repetitive work so your team focuses on closing.

Learn more +
  • CRM & pipeline automation
  • Instant lead response via SMS & email
  • AI-assisted content workflows
  • Custom reporting dashboards
  • Process automation & integrations
  • Review request automation

What to Expect: Lead routing, contact enrichment, pipeline stage transitions, follow-up sequences. We build the system; you approve the output. You see the response times and the lead-to-appointment rate in your own CRM, measured against the baseline we take before the build.

04

Paid Ads & Growth Marketing

Paid traffic that compounds with your organic presence. Search campaigns built around buyer intent, not just keyword volume.

Learn more +
  • Google Search & Performance Max
  • Meta & social campaigns
  • Dedicated landing page strategy
  • Attribution & performance reporting
  • Conversion tracking setup
  • Weekly optimization & reporting

What to Expect: We target the searches that precede a purchase decision and optimize for revenue, not just clicks or impressions. Proper UTM structure and channel-level reporting so you can make budget decisions based on actual data.

05

Email Content Writing

Sequences that sound like you, not a template. We write entry, engagement, and call-to-action emails tailored to your audience, whether that is a CEO or a hands-on operator.

Learn more +
  • Audience-specific voice and tone
  • 3-email sequences (intro, engagement, CTA)
  • Nurture sequences up to 180 days
  • Works with your existing email platform
  • One rewrite included per sequence
  • Priced per project, not per hour

What to Expect: Emails that sound like you and speak to the right person convert more leads to booked appointments. The difference between a template and a tailored sequence shows in open rates and replies.

06

Website Cleanup and Rebuild

If your website is holding everything else back, we fix it. Fast. Whether it needs a full rebuild or a cleanup, we get it done so your other marketing can actually work.

Learn more +
  • Full site audit before we touch anything
  • Speed, mobile, and SEO fixes
  • Copy and messaging cleanup
  • Lead capture and booking integration
  • Full rebuild available if needed
  • Scoped and priced by project

Why This Matters: Every other service performs better when the website is solid. SEO brings traffic that actually converts. Ads send people somewhere that closes. Fix the foundation first.

What we find when we look under the hood.

The report below is an illustrative example, not a client’s results — every figure in it is invented to show the format. What is true is the pattern: most small businesses score well on the basics and bleed revenue in the same three places, visibility, speed, and reviews.

Solenzo Audit Report Illustrative example · 20 dimensions scored
Reviews vs. Local Competitors
14 reviews at 4.3★. The top-ranked competitor nearby has 180 at 4.8★.
22 / 100
Google Business Profile
Listing missing hours and photos. Incomplete listings get fewer calls than complete ones.
31 / 100
AI Search Presence
Business not appearing in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews
8 / 100
Review Recency
Last Google review posted 4 months ago. Competitors with fresher reviews rank above them in Maps.
41 / 100
Mobile Load Speed
Homepage takes 6.1s to show content on a phone. Most local searches happen on mobile.
46 / 100
Website Call-to-Action
Tap-to-call number and booking button visible right up top. Above average.
72 / 100
Top finding: This business is losing an estimated 60–70% of potential leads before first contact. Competitors with weaker service are winning on review count and Maps visibility alone. The review gap and the incomplete Google listing are the highest-leverage fixes — both fixable in weeks, not months.

The Game Plan

Two working sessions and a written plan that tells you exactly what to fix first, what it is worth, and what you can do yourself.

For local service business owners who can tell something is leaking — the phone is quieter than it should be, or the leads come in and go cold — but do not want to buy a retainer to find out where.

  • 14 things included, and seven of them are done before we ever speak.
  • Two 60-minute sessions with the founder, about a week apart.
  • A written plan you keep — including the fixes you can do yourself, for nothing.
  • The full $299 comes off any package if you go on to hire us.
$299 one time

2 × 60 min · plus the written plan

Credited back

If you hire us for any package afterwards, the full $299 comes off the price. Do it yourself instead and you still keep the plan. There is no version of this where you paid for nothing.

Buy the plan — $299

One payment. Not a retainer, not a subscription, no card kept on file.

You pick both session times right after checkout, and the audit runs before session one.

The full 20-dimension audit, scored and weightedYour Google presence, entity clarity, content, technical health and AI visibility, each scored with the weight it carries.
The AI answer testWe ask the major AI assistants what they recommend for your service in your area, then record whether you were named, who was named instead, and the exact wording they used.
Your Google Business Profile, pulled apartCategories, hours, photos, completeness — the fields that decide whether you appear in the map results and whether anyone clicks when you do.
Your reviews against your actual competitorsNamed local businesses you compete with, their star rating and review count next to yours. Not an industry average.
Mobile and desktop speedThe Core Web Vitals Google measures, on both, with the numbers that are actually hurting you flagged.
A technical crawl of your siteMissing canonicals, missing H1s, missing alt text, accidental noindex, and which AI crawlers your robots.txt currently allows.

The two sessions2 hours of your time
Session one · walking the findingsWe go through what came back and I ask about the parts a tool cannot see: your best jobs, your margins, where work comes from now.
Session two · the plan, and your pushbackWe go through the written plan, you tell me what does not fit how your business runs, and we lock the order you will actually do it in.

The full audit deckA 12-slide breakdown of the findings: scorecard, entity clarity, topical coverage, schema, and the 90-day sequence. Included rather than sold separately.
Your do-it-yourself listThe fixes that are an afternoon of your own time, named specifically, so you can go and do them without paying anyone.
A straight answer on what is worth paying forAnd what is not. If nothing in the plan justifies hiring anyone, the plan will say so.
A scoped quote, only if you want oneIf you would rather we build it, you get a fixed scope and price off the plan. No obligation, and no follow-up if you pass.
What this does for your bottom line The honest version, with your numbers instead of ours

We are not going to put a revenue figure on this page, because we would be making it up. Here is the honest version.

Three things decide how much work a local business gets from search, and all three can be measured before and after:

  • Whether you show up at all. Profile completeness, categories, and where you rank for the searches that actually end in a booking.
  • Whether anyone picks you. Your reviews next to the businesses sitting beside you in the results.
  • Whether the enquiry survives. How long a lead waits for a first reply, and how many go cold in that gap.

In session one you tell me what a booked job is worth to you and roughly how many enquiries you get. That arithmetic is what the rest of the plan is built on: every fix gets ranked by what it is plausibly worth against your numbers, not against an industry average we found somewhere.

The other half of the bottom line is what you do not spend. Most plans contain fixes that cost nothing but an afternoon, and it is common for a plan to say a package is not worth buying yet. $299 spent to avoid a wrong $1,500 is the cheapest money in this business.

How the two sessions run Two calls, about a week apart, with the work in between
Before we meet

We run your audit and I go through it properly — your Google presence, your reviews against the businesses you actually compete with, your site, and where an enquiry goes once it arrives.

Session one · 60 min

We walk the findings together, and I ask about the parts a tool cannot see. You leave knowing which gap is costing you the most.

Between sessions

I build your plan. Ranked by what it is worth against what it takes, split into what you can do yourself and what genuinely needs someone else.

Session two · 60 min

We go through the plan, you push back on what does not fit your business, and we lock the order you will actually do it in.

What the written plan looks like Ranked rows, with a column for what you can do yourself

Ordered so the top row is the one to do first. The rows below are an example Illustrative — yours will have your gaps in them, and the numbers will be your numbers.

PriorityWhat it isEffortWho does it
01Google profile is missing hours, photos and two service categoriesAn afternoonYou
02Nothing on the site says which suburbs you actually serveHalf a dayYou or us
03Enquiries wait 3+ hours for a first reply on weekdaysSetup, then automaticUs
0414 reviews against a competitor’s 180, and none in five monthsOngoing, 10 min/jobYou

Note the fourth column. Plenty of what we find is yours to fix in an afternoon, and the plan says so rather than quietly bundling it into a quote.

Who this is for — and who it isn’t Three reasons not to buy it, so you can rule yourself out
A good fit if
  • You run the business and you are the one who decides what to spend.
  • Work is coming in, but you could not say which of it came from Google, referrals, or luck.
  • Someone has quoted you a monthly retainer and you cannot tell whether you need it.
  • You would rather be told what is wrong than be sold a fix.
Don’t buy this if
You already know exactly what you need builtSkip this and go straight to a package. No sense paying to be told something you already know.
You are pre-launch, with no site and no Google profile yetThere is nothing for the audit to read. Get something live first and come back.
You want a guaranteed ranking or a guaranteed number of leadsNobody can honestly sell you that, us included. If someone does, that is the tell.
Why $299 One payment. Not a retainer, and you get it back if you hire us
Against a free call

A free call gets you my opinion for thirty minutes. This gets you a written plan after I have gone through your business, and two sessions to argue with me about it.

Against hiring us

This is the cheapest thing we sell, and it is the one that tells you which of the bigger things you actually need — or that you do not need any of them.

Against guessing

The expensive version is twelve months of paying for the wrong thing, or another year of the phone being quieter than it should be.

One payment. Not a retainer, not a subscription, no card kept on file. It ends when the plan is in your hands.

Who is on the call Both sessions with the founder, not an account manager
JR

Both sessions are with Josh, who built the scoring model the audit runs on and spent years inside the platforms at Wix working with business owners. No account manager, no junior running a template. The person who does the thinking is the person you talk to.

Common questions Eight, answered plainly
Do I need to run the free audit first?
No. If you buy, we run it for you before session one — that is included. Running it yourself first just means you walk in already knowing your score.
I already have someone doing my marketing. Is this a waste?
Usually the opposite. You get an outside read on what is working, and a plan you can hand straight to them. Several of the fixes are things your current provider can do — the plan says which.
Can you just do the work instead?
Yes, and that is what the packages are for. Most people do not yet know which one they need — and the $299 comes off whichever one you pick, so you are not paying twice.
What if I never act on the plan?
Then you have a written plan and we are done. Nobody chases you, there is no sequence, and nothing renews.
Is this just a sales call with a price on it?
No. The plan includes the fixes you should do yourself, and it names them specifically. If nothing in it is worth hiring anyone for, that is what it will say.
What if I disagree with the plan?
That is what session two is for. You push back, I rewrite it around how your business actually works. A plan you will not follow is worth nothing to either of us.
How soon can we start?
You pick both session times immediately after checkout. Leave at least three days before session one so the audit has run and I have been through it properly.
Is two hours really enough?
Two hours of your time. The audit, the analysis and the writing happen on my side between the calls — that is most of the work, and it is why this is not a single call.

Simple process. Real results.

No long discovery phases. No waiting months to see momentum.

02

Clear Strategy

We build a plan specific to your business. No generic templates. You know exactly what we are going to do and why before we start.

03

04

You Grow

More visibility, more leads, more time back. We track everything and keep improving month over month.

This is what your business looks like when the friction is gone.

Not projections. Not promises. These are the consistent patterns we see when the right infrastructure is in place.

  • More inbound leads from search and AI

When your business shows up where customers are looking, the phone rings without you chasing it.

  • Faster first contact with every lead

Automation handles the first response instantly, so leads hear from you before they have a chance to move on.

  • A stronger review profile that builds trust before the first call

When asking for reviews is automatic, the count goes up without any manual effort on your end.

  • A pipeline that does not depend on referrals

Referrals are great. But a business that only grows by referral is one slow month away from a problem.

★★★★★

“I spent two years paying agencies that sent me reports and disappeared. Solenzo actually built the thing. Within 60 days I had more inbound leads than I had in the previous six months combined.”
