About Solenzo | Founder-Led Marketing Systems for Local Businesses

Founder-led local-business growth studio

Clear scope. Visible work. One person accountable.

Solenzo was founded by Josh Rotenberg after years working directly with business owners at Wix. The studio corrects, builds, and connects the parts of a local service business’s online presence that are unclear or underperforming — starting with the fixed $299 Local Presence Tune-Up.

Josh Rotenberg, founder of Solenzo

Before founding Solenzo, Josh worked directly with business owners at Wix in customer-facing roles focused on getting businesses launched and using their online systems effectively.

Several recurring problems appeared across otherwise different businesses: websites, listings, advertising, and follow-up tools treated as separate tasks, with no single owner explaining what was working, what needed correction, or who was responsible when something fell through the handoffs between them.

Solenzo was built around a simpler operating model: identify one problem, define the scope, complete the implementation, document what changed, and separate measurable work from outcomes no provider can control.

That starts with the Tune-Up — not a promise about the future, but a listing that is correct, complete, and useful today.

Why the name

Solenzo was built on a belief: growth should compound like sunlight. Not flicker or spike, but build steadily into something that can’t be ignored. Sol (sunshine) + Enzo (bountiful).

The Tune-Up is where that starts: not a promise about the future, but a listing that is correct, complete, and useful today.

Compare the operating model, not the pitch.

Planning-only engagement

Accounts controlled by the provider
Recurring work assumed

Solenzo’s operating model

Defined implementation and an accountable owner
Written scope and exclusions
Agreed measurements and known limitations
Customer-owned accounts and transferable assets
Ongoing work proposed separately, never assumed

“Clear scope. Visible work. Ownership that stays with you.”

Five principles behind every engagement.

  • Start with the smallest clear problem.

The Google listing may need a Tune-Up. The website, advertising, CRM, or visibility system may need a larger project. We don’t assume the larger sale.

  • Put the scope in writing.

Deliverables, exclusions, price, access requirements, timeline, and any recurring costs are defined before work begins.

  • Build and document the work.

You receive the agreed implementation, testing, and a plain-language handoff — not only recommendations.

  • Keep ownership with the customer.

Customer-owned accounts, approved deliverables, and transferable assets remain under your access and control.

  • Do not guarantee what cannot be controlled.

We may measure rankings, inquiries, appointments, advertising activity, or AI mentions when the scope supports it. We do not guarantee those outcomes.

Josh remains the accountable lead throughout every engagement. Any specialist involvement is defined and disclosed before work begins — you always know who is doing the work.

Local and regional service businesses that depend on customers finding them online and taking a clear next step — calling, requesting a quote, booking, or submitting a form. Enterprise organizations and pure e-commerce companies are generally not a fit.

Work with small-business clients?

Solenzo can support agencies and consultants on defined implementation projects — referral or white-label. Client-contact, branding, and relationship boundaries are agreed before work begins.
