Most small business owners I work with are good at what they do. Genuinely good. But somewhere between running the job, answering the phone, and chasing leads, the business starts running them. AI changed what's possible. Most owners don't have time to figure out how to use it. That's the gap I fill.

Most of my clients aren't behind because they're not trying hard enough. They're behind because no one has sat down with them and shown them specifically where the leverage is. That's the whole job.
I don't sell software. I don't have a preferred platform. I figure out what your business needs and I build it.

I don't show up with a pre-built solution and try to fit your business into it. Every engagement starts with understanding your specific operation, where the time is going, and what's actually worth fixing first.
The problem is almost never effort. It's that nobody ever sat down and showed you where the leverage points are. That's what I do.
